There is little more enjoyable than a deep dive into something we love. The act may include others as part of a group, but ultimately what that action is is completely our own.

At first there is interest, and with it curiosity and attention. Next comes focus, repetition, and practice. Through this we improve and are encouraged via accomplishment, which feeds the desire to continue the practice moving us further along the path to mastery, and the cycle repeats.

To each her own: may it be delivered through art, music, sports, business success, or any other pursuit. It is via this focussed attention in which we find our happiest states of mind, and through this our sense of self improves via the experience and knowledge of our own strength.

That confidence and positive energy emanates out into the rest of our lives bringing with it more positive experiences further reinforcing our desire to focus energy on the pursuit of that which we love.

The secret to optimal experience is simple: find one action which draws your interest, feed it with attention and focus, get into the flow, and repeat.

"When we choose a goal and invest ourselves in it to the limits of our concentration, whatever we do will be enjoyable. And once we have tasted this joy, we will redouble our efforts to taste it again"
- Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi

P.S. I believe that success comes at the intersection of passion and value, and that a strong mind and a clean body are pillars of that success. My goal is to empower entrepreneurs to combine flow state training with adventure sports and yoga as a platform for enhanced performance and creativity in business and in life.
